Why This Exists
UpVendas is built around a simple idea: make sales performance visible, competitive, and engaging inside physical stores.
Instead of dashboards that only managers look at, the product brings performance to the front line. Rankings, rewards, and progress become part of the daily routine, not something hidden in reports.
Behind the Build
This project was less about building features and more about changing how sales data is experienced.
Retail environments are fast, practical, and often chaotic. The interface needed to reflect that. Information had to be immediate, easy to scan, and meaningful without requiring explanation.
At the same time, the gamification layer couldnât feel artificial. It had to blend into the workflow naturally, turning performance into something people actually care about, not just something theyâre measured by.
I worked across design and development to shape this experience, focusing on clarity, speed, and real-world usability.
The product is currently in its final stages of development, with the core experience and structure already defined and implemented.
