Why This Exists

BridgeSell is a multi-channel commerce platform designed to simplify how sellers manage operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Shopee, and Mercado Livre.

Most existing tools in this space are complex, outdated, and hard to navigate. The goal here was to rethink that experience from the ground up. Instead of overwhelming users with data, the focus was on creating a clear, fast, and intuitive interface that makes day-to-day operations easier to understand and manage.

Behind the Build

I was responsible for leading the design and front-end development of the platform, working closely with a team of developers and data specialists. As a co-founder, I was also directly involved in shaping product decisions and defining how the experience should feel end-to-end.

The main challenge was balancing complexity and clarity. The product deals with a large amount of data across multiple channels, so every decision had to prioritize usability and performance.

I designed the entire design system, defined the component architecture, and built the front-end of the platform. User flows were carefully structured to reduce friction, especially in areas like product management and operational routines. The goal was always to make complex processes feel simple and fast.
